It is a 5 minute walk away from all the amenities of Pegeia (Peyia) village centre and 20 minutes drive from Paphos town. A car is recommended for your stay at this property as the bus service can be sporadic.
Situated on the Second (and top) floor, the apartment is reached by a lift from the covered parking area and offers magnificent views, a well maintained communal pool and beautiful landscaped gardens. The accommodation consists of kitchen, dining area, living area, two large bedrooms (one en-suite) and a family bathroom. Patio doors lead from both the lounge and the master bedroom on to the spacious private balcony. It has a British style bath and toilets and, in the family bathroom, a fully enclosed shower unit. It is fully furnished to a high standard and ready for you to enjoy your holiday in real style.
The commanding view which runs from Paphos harbour right across to Agios Georgios is quite fantastic and has to be seen to be believed. The mountains to the rear of the property lead to the foothills of the Troodos range and Mount Olympus.
The fantastic location of this apartment is ideal for Coral Bay, Agios Georgios, the Akamas peninsular, Lara beach and a short trip to the harbour and picturesque tourist area of Paphos. Lara beach is a World Heritage Site and proudly protects the nesting sites of the Leatherback turtles. Care should be taken not to disturb the nests when bathing here.
It is also well situated for holidaymakers who wish to visit other areas of the Island as Polis, Latchi, Pomos, Mandria, Anarita, Kathikas and a host of villages are all within 30 minutes drive.
