The new and modern NEW ATLANTIS COMPLEX is located in a Universal area of Kato Paphos. This is a select and desired residential area close to all the amenities of Paphos.
It is designed for the comfort and luxury of the residents. This small complex of only 4 town houses and eight 1 bedroomed apartments is evenly split between permanent residents and holiday rental apartments. This means that use of the large communal pool is often totally exclusive. The large underground changing rooms and toilets ensure the comfort of holidaymakers and residents alike.
We have three beautiful 1 bedroomed apartments on this complex all of which benefit from direct suncoverage morning and evening. Sun lovers will love the large unobstructed bathing areas next to the pool and privacy of the garden is ensured by the 3 large palm trees and rows of Leylandi trees.
Apartment Nancy is a family owned property and occupys a first floor position directly over the pool whereas Maria and Sophia are located on the ground floor either side of the central staircase.
All of the apartments are served by Terrestrial and SKY Satellite TV as well as DVD, CD, and gamesstation. They are finished to a very high standard and the comfort of visitors is assured. Individual specifications can be found in individual pages.
New Atlantis Complex was built by the very select and highly respected Marecon ltd company of Paphos and is 300 meters from the bus route. Located midway between the Harbour tourist area and the Upper Old Town it is in an ideal position to explore the city and the entire Island.
There is an underground shower and washroom unit adjacent to the swimming pool for your use and also private off road parking for you to use. The nearby bus service connects you to the Market, Old Town, Coral Bay and Water Park. TAXIS and CAR HIRE can be arranged by us. This property is managed by a British team who will visit you during your stay and are on a 24/7 call out. These are non-smoking apartments, and for everybodys comfort & enjoyment please do not smoke inside. The verandah and poolside areas are available and your cooperation would be appreciated.
