Many thanks for everything you and your agent, Debbie, did to make our 2 weeks the best we`ve had for a good number of years. Nothing too much trouble from start to finish and as for the apartment, well i can`t praise the high standard of equipment enough, we wanted for nothing. Hope to see you again in 2009.

just spent 2 weeks in the apartment. lovely clean and well equipped would strongly recommend it.

HI Doug, just to let you know that we had a great time at Maria apartment.
I found the Maria to be superbly fitted out and is the best equipped apartment I’ve ever been to.
We loved the pool and we loved Cyprus as a whole.
We made good friends with P** and G**** C****** next door.
The transfers went extremely smoothly………….so please thank them for us.
We hired a car for 4 days and saw all the other places of note in the West of the island, we also took a laid back bus trip to Troodos, which we really enjoyed.
We found the best restaurants to be DemoKritos, Colleseum II, and the Almond Tree.
Best sunset was at Agios Georgios Taverna, best meze was at Araouzous in Kathikas, best fish meal at Y&G’s in Lachi harbour. Best beach was Lady’s Mile beach near the RAF base.
I’d recommend the apartment to others for sure. It was very HOT compared to my other recent trips to the Greek Islands.

"First time in Paphos but could not have found a better quality apartment in the town. Close to both the market, Old Town and Harbour, all within walking distance.
Excellent reception by Paphos representative and comprehensive hand over.
Everything new and apartment in pristine condition. nice little thoughtfull items left by owners/previous occupants giving local infomation, restuarant reccommendations etc.
It felt like a home from home. Cool for April but the air conditioning would be appreciated during the summer months.
The appartment really made our holiday."

Hi Doug and Pat, thank you so much for allowing us to use your apartment, it is really lovely and so beautifully equiped, we wanted for nothing. We had a really good time, just chilling out and had some wonderful meals.
It was very reasuring to be met at the airport and also knowing we were going to be taken back.
Noni's husband delivered the car first thing on Sunday morning so we were mobile almost straight away. They are a really nice couple and so helpful.
The weather wasn't to bad apart from Wednesday, when there was a really cold wind. We stayed in all day and watched the True Movie chanel, listened to some music and read, it was great. We were really lucky though because apart from Wednesday and Friday, we were still able to go out at night without jumpers. We did need the fire on in the apartment, but only for about half an hour on Friday evening. It is very well insulated and the floor tiles were not cold at all.
The orange trees have been watered. I am a bit worried about one of the sun loungers. When we got to the apartment, Deborah said that she thought one that had been left by the pool belonged to you. I told her I would bring it up later. Anyway, by the time we had unpacked, been to the kiosk and found the local take away, I had forgotten. The next morning it had dissapeared. The following morning, all the blow up toys/ring etc had gone. The only person I saw was the pool cleaner, although I think there was somebody next to us and also one of the bottom apartments appeared to have somebody in. There certainly didn't seem to be any children around. I looked under the pool and a couple of the doors were locked, so I wondered if perhaps somebody has put your lounger away. I do hope it turns up.
Anyway, it's back to work and save up for next years hols.

We'd just like to say how much we enjoyed your lovely apartment, and what a great time we had.

The gentleman in the end apartment (with the handlebar moustache) was very helpful with anything we asked, as was everyone around there.

Hello Doug & Pat
Just wanted to say we had a brilliant holiday at your apartment and wanted to thank you firstly for making it very straightforward and also for having such a gorgeous and well equipped apartment.
As you were aware I was very sceptical about the holiday at first, only because it was my first experience of booking a holiday completely independently and not through a tour operator. From start to finish the whole experience was extremely easy and enjoyable.
The apartment has everything you can think of and more! And the beds are so comfortable I slept better there than at home.
Alex made a friend in a local cat who was pregnant - she was a beauty and very friendly. He also make friends with 2 Greek girls who live in the apartment right next to your block. They have exchanged phone numbers and addresses.
We are definitely looking to come back next year, it will probably be end of August time we would be looking at due to Alex starting big school.
The weather was really hot every day and we all have nice tans! We hired a jeep and went to Limassol, Polis and Coral Bay which was a beautiful beach.
All in all we had a wonderful time, the only thing we could possibly have a bit of a moan about was we found it quite expensive but you cant have everything can you!

Just got back on Sunday the 9th and am still crying. We wanted to stay for longer. Had a lovely time and was very pleased with Nancy. The pool was bigger than I thought it would be and was lovely and clean.
Nancy is well equiped and sitting out in the late afternoon sun with a Keo was wonderful.
As Arny says 'I'll be back' :-)

It is now 1 year since we visited Nancy! Due to various personal matters taking over our spare time during the past year, we failed to add our thoughts on our holiday in June 2006. Should any of you out there be undecided on visiting Cyprus and are wondering what the Nancy Apartment is REALLY like ............ THIS IS THE ONE. A wonderful home from home. We cherish memories of our time spent there - Doug & family have thought of everything! Just arrive, and live the life. You can be as busy or relaxed as you wish on your much-deserved holiday -but make this your base! Many thanks to Doug for all his help, and Yes we are still dreaming of our next trip to Nancy.

Thanks for a great week in Cyprus.
Only decided to go on Wednesday and arrived Saturday. All arrangements made by e mail and phone and everything went like clockwork right down to directions from the airport.
The apartment suited us perfectly,was very well equiped and clean.

Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay in apartment Nancy from 9-23 May 2007. The facilities in the apartment are excellent and you have a very good back-up team in Andrew & Deborah together with Neville (Grivas!) who are on hand to assist and advise if at all necessary. They also ensure that your apartment is always kept in 'top condition'.
We particularly valued the privacy of the apartment balcony and pool-side area in contrast to other apartment 'complexes' we saw around Paphos. The pool is also very clean & regularly maintained.
Our hoiday was all we expected & more. We enjoyed Paphos itself, both the harbour & the old town and also all the archeology - Roman mosaics, the catacombs, St Paul's Pillar & many more. But we also found the apartment to be a great base for getting about..... our explorations included Kyrenia, the Troodos mountains, the Akamas peninsula & we also took the 3 day mini-cruise to Egypt, which we would recommend for anyone booking for a fortnight or more.
Everyone we met was very friendly, including the owners of the nearby kiosk (not far down the road) who sell most of the things needed day to day.
Last but not least, we appreciated the 'value for money' we obtained by staying at your apartment. We didn't deliberately spend time looking at any other places during our stay but the owner of the near-by Pagona apartment-hotel invited us to view (while we waitd for an excursion pick-up). It soon became apparent that their rates are higher for facilities which are by no means as good as Apartment Nancy and on a complex which is much more crowded!
Apartment Nancy certainly gets our vote and we hope to visit again soon.

Thank you Mr & Mrs M, we had a brilliant time, the apartment was a true home from home, although we are in our 60's the 15 minutes to the harbour only felt like 5. The few lenghts dailly in the pool kept us fit, a good excuse to enjoy a little wine on the verandah after. Apartment, area, facilities everything was just brill and neighbours made us so welcome. We will be back to rebook for next year, is it best to book flights now or nearer the time, please let us know, I will email you anyway,

Had a fabulous two weeks in Apartment Nancy. Our holiday was better than we hoped & the accommodation was excellent & had everything we needed especially comfortable beds!!
We definately would recommend holidaying in Cyprus & staying in Apartment Nancy in particular.
We visited Northern Cyprus, Nicosia, Polis & Troodos mountains - a must for anyone visiting.
We loved our numerous walks to the beautiful harbour both day & night & thoroughly enjoyed eating in the many lovely restaurants.
A really lovely friendly country.

We had a lovely holiday and the apartment was excellent, great tan and we all enjoyed having our own pool and more importantly - air conditioning!!
James from the agents was great and the taxis etc were there waiting for us on arrival and for departure.
We all enjoyed the holiday and expect to return. I have passed on your contact details to a few people so hopefully you will get some bookings from them. Thanks again and look forward to being in contact with you in the future

Just arrived home after 2 weeks (boo-hoo), I have to say what a SUPERB Apartment. All the comforts of home, the pool to ourselves for a fortnight!!.. it was like a dream come true.
I would have no problem whatsoever in recommending the apartment/location and could've have stayed another month quite easily.
We met other couples that either couldn't get the near their pool or had 'hidden' fees for the Air con in their apartment, this was everything it said on the box and more!
